· Reservations and payment in full for Birthday Party Package are required when booking to ensure your date.

· Changes to the number of guests must be made 3 days prior to the Birthday Party.

· Birthday Party Package payment is non-refundable, but is transferable.

· With 24-hour notice, arrangements can be made to provide a rain date or otherwise change your Party date.

· ZOO Friends’ members receive a discount that is included in your guest totals with your Birthday Party Package.

· You may provide party favors, but for the safety of our animals, balloons, straws, confetti, and extra food are not allowed in The ZOO.
