Become a ZOO Volunteer!

The ZOO of Northwest Florida welcomes volunteers. 

There is always something to do, filling animal feed bags, helping our Landscaping Staff, 

assisting our Animal Care Staff in the Commissary;

The ZOO always appreciates a helping hand!

Celia Hernandez is The ZOO's Volunteer Coordinator and has all of the information you will need in order to get started with your volunteer experience here. 

Please note:

 Volunteers need to be at least 18 years of age and are needed on a continual basis, but we also have volunteer days that come up for children!  Check out the link below to see if you would be interested!

 Mrs. Hernandez will then need to set up a time to speak with you about the many opportunities we have.
